I have an excerpt from a Robert frost poem, “ the road less traveled” on my chest. I got it, because I know- no other way

On my shoulder: a moon in chains, and a tea kettle holding a purple eye. These are the two prime symbols of my biggest story.

I got Salvador Dali’s “melting clock” in water color ink on my left biceps. This is a symbol of surreality, a principle I steadily try and put in my writing.

My right arm was a piece I wanted for the stages of life, buds, full bloom, and wilting. Done in pastel ink- flowers are dogwood.

My hand tattoos: I tattooed these myself for practical magic and Ju-Ju business
