My name is John Stripe, and I am a working Actor in the city of Chicago, IL. Aside from being a working actor, I am a full-time federal employee for the U.S. Army, a U.S. Army Reserve soldier, and a male stripper on the weekends and for private parties. My tattoo journey began when I was 18 years old with Simba as my first tattoo on my right shoulder. I always wanted tattoos as a kid, and I loved The Lion King growing up so I decided on Simba as my first piece. Over time I got more pieces due to the love of the art on my body, the in-moment ink therapy sessions feeling, and the ultimate results of what I look like with tattoos. Tattoos are a lifestyle choice and I recommend tattoos to people with the idea that placement is extremely important if they are deciding on a first piece.
